I promise this will be the last post, for a while, about how much I weigh. I know it's boring, but I'm just so excited!
I've met my February goal! I wanted to reach 155 by the end of February, and today I am at 154!! Whooo Hoooo!
I am not a big fan of exercising. In fact I hate to sweat. But it does pay off. Since Christmas I have went from barely being able to walk two miles, to now running and walking 3 miles four days a week, and I can honestly say over half of that is running. I also use hand weights and do floor exercises (leg lifts, anyone?) about 3 days a week. Combine that with clean eating, which means no junk or processed anything, sugar, white flour or other high glycemic foods. Results just come pouring in. Thank you Tosca!
